Laura has a psychology degree from Stony Brook University and a master's degree in exercise physiology from Queens College. She maintains credentials as an Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Egoscue Posture Alignment Specialist. Her career has taken her from athletic sidelines to industrial ergonomics to posture therapy and AgeStrong coaching. The four pillars of good health and an ILOC (internal locus of control) are the foundations of her work.
Her clients get straightforward, simple, effective support that's rooted in science...with a splash of fun!
She especially enjoys coaching people like herself who have "over 50" bodies and "under 40" attitudes, share her TAKE CHARGE approach to aging, and her lifelong quest for health and adventure.
