My coaching approach was inspired at age 8 by Johanna Spyri's heroine, Heidi (really!) and focuses on the basics of good food, good movement, and good habits. I help my clients overcome their individual barriers to success by implementing frequent assessments, actions, and adjustments so their AgeStrong plan stays dynamic and effective. I especially enjoy working with people like myself with "over 50" bodies, a take-charge approach to aging, and a lifelong quest for health and adventure.
